Today sustainable tourism is an activity in constant growth; however, it should be clear that developed in an unplanned way, leads to an irreparable deterioration more than any other traditional tourist activity because it can generate more social or environmental impact. We are based on the principles of sustainable development, as it integrates smoothly and consistently three fundamental aspects: a) The conservation of the landscape and natural resources, b) the participation of rural communities and strengthening their cultural identity and c) The financial resources from all tourism.

In order to contribute with that harmony with the nature, we have a small organic garden where we produce in its great majority vegetables that are consumed in our Restaurant, all these take place without no agro-chemical type of or pesticide that affects so much nature as the health of the people, produced with the organic remainders of the Restaurant.
On the other hand we have a small farm that respects the biodiversity and has an excellent productivity in terms of efficient use of the resources and a greater food production. In this farm we have hens, chickens, pigs and cows, of the same we produce great amount of foods in the Restaurant, cheese, custard, milk, and the eggs can be mentioned which also we sell the public who visits to us.
In the biodiversity area the farm helps us with the remainders of to the same we used them animal to feed a biodigestor which produces to us what we called biogas, that consists mainly of methane, produced in the tank of the same by the anaerobic fermentation (without the presence of oxygen) caused by the present bacteria in the dung of the cows and the remainders. This biogas is much more pure and clean that the one that is bought.
This project of production of Biogas consists of the reinforcing of the sustainable principles that the company tries to instill and to spread to the community by means of the advantage of the liquid waste - organic, such as you excrete of cattle, vegetal, pigs, hens, residues and in addition kitchen residues (greasy). On the other hand we know that the energy generation emits 90% of the pollution, reason why to take the possible advantage to make the most efficient way supposes a great help for the environment.
On the other hand we have a developing project that is the one of advantage of winds of the zone to produce electrical energy through investors to turn the DC generated by the Aeolian generators, in AC voltage and this way power to be injected in the mains or to be used in isolate electrical systems and thus to obtain a great saving of electricity.
Also in agreement with the environment we used the potable water of a natural east in our earth, with which all the Hotel works practically, consequently helped to the community with the saving of the water.
In all the surroundings area where the Hotel is located and in a bordering property we also make sowings of trees to contribute with the environment.
All these processes can be seen by who visits us, walking around our facilities.
