RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLLICIES
All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department. The request must indicate passenger’s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type. Policies are valid for rooms only.
Check in time is at 1:00 pm and check out time is at 1:00 noon. After 2:00 pm HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI will charge a 25% over the rack rate per room and the full night rate if check out is occurs after 6:00 p.m.
Infants (6 years old or under), do not pay extra if staying in the same room with adults. Children (over 6 to 10 years old), will pay $10 extra plus taxes per night if staying in the same room with adults. Children can not stay alone in a room (Unless otherwise prearranged).
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check in time.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our Reservations office. If refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. For the latter the following cancellation policies will apply. Refunds, if applicable will be made upon receipt of written cancellation, refunds will be made as per the following:
Green Season (May 01-Nov.14, 2009):
-From 30 days prior client’s arrival: 100% charge as penalty fee for the first night per room plus taxes.
-From 31 or more days prior arrival: $15 USD penalization (taxes included, 16.39%).
-No show are not refundable.
High Season (Nov 15, 2009-April 30, 2010):
-From 30 days prior client’s arrival: 100% charge as penalty fee for the first night per room plus taxes.
-From 31 or more days prior arrival: $15 USD penalization (taxes included, 16.39%).
-No-show are not refundable.
In all cases HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages, or no shows.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE
It is agreed that HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI will be relieved of its obligations in the event of natural, strike disasters, fire lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
PRIVACY POLICY
HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI will maintain any and all information regarding our guest private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used sole by HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI under penalty of applicable law.
PIXELES ESTUDIO S.A. provides the platform for the reservation system. As such this company does not collect any Money. HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI owner of the www.sanchiri.com transfers reservations funds and prepaid services to the corresponding account. Refunds under the above policy will be made jointly by HOTEL Y MIRADOR SANCHIRI. On line payments are secured as per bank requirements and the hotel is the sole responsible of the reservation. The PIXELES ESTUDIO S.A. reservation platform provided it own fire walls and security system.
